International Cost of Attendance

In order to create and generate an official Form I-20, we must include the cost of tuition, books and materials, along with estimated living and personal expenses, as required by the United States Government. Applicants will be required to provide proof of their ability to pay these amounts through official bank and financial statements. These documents will be checked by the Embassy when the interview for the F1 visa is conducted, so it is important to be very precise. Form I-20 will NOT be issued without proof of the ability to pay the below stated Tuition and Fees amounts in full. Your bank statement(s) should indicate access to the FULL AMOUNT of total Cost of Attendance listed below.

1.Based on flat-rate tuition & fees up to 20 credits per semester/40 credits per academic year. Detailed description of University Fees is available from the Bursar's Office.

2.The on-campus housing cost is the weighted median cost for all available housing. This is a required calculation by the U.S. Department of Education.

If you plan to live off-campus, with family members within the South Jersey area, you must provide an Affidavit for Room and Board.

2*. Meal plan cost is based on the Ultimate 19 Meal Plan . Consult Bursar's Office website for other housing and meal plan options and rates.

3.Miscellaneous expenses represent an estimated cost for books & supplies, medical health insurance and some personal expenses.  All international students are required to have health insurance coverage (based on )

4.Visual Arts students will need to provide additional fund of $2,000 per year for their art supplies.

12-month* housing contract option is available (*e.g. fall, winter, spring and summer).

If you plan to live on campus you must fill out the housing application through your GoPortal account (included in the acceptance packet) and send an additional $150 housing deposit.

The following fees are due upon acceptance:

  • Application Fee: $50
    Completed applications should be returned to the Office of Enrollment Management with a $50 non-refundableapplication fee. Make checks or money order payable to 老司机福利社. You must submit all supporting documents (transcripts, test scores, essays, recommendations, etc.) with your completed application. Processing of incomplete applications will be delayed and may result in your application being denied admission.
  • Enrollment Confirmation Deposit: $250
    You must submit a $250 acceptance deposit by the date specified in your letter of acceptance to reserve a place in the class. Your I-20 will be processed after receiving your deposit. The deposit will be applied to your tuition and fees once you are enrolled at 老司机福利社.
  • Housing Acceptance Deposit: $150.
    An initial $150 housing acceptance deposit is required for all first-time housing residents. This deposit is separate from any other deposits required by the University and is non-refundable.
